- Abstrakt 360 is Outbound BDR and Inbound SDR sold and run as one program, at a flat $6,000 per month (approved by Abstrakt, 2026-10-14). What each half includes is listed on the Outbound BDR and Inbound SDR pages.
- Slide 1: the "Always be growing" mural at Abstrakt's St. Louis office (Abstrakt photo).
- Slides 2 and 3: "Referrals have the highest close rate, but you can't turn them up when you need pipeline" and what doing outbound well takes (expertise, the right technology, consistent daily activity and people who don't burn out) are from Abstrakt's Outbound BDR presentation, slide 3 (approved 2026-10-08). The chart on slide 2 is an illustration of a shape, with no data behind it.
- Slides 4 and 10: the ring is an explanation of how the program works, not statistics. A qualified appointment passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, as described on the qualified appointment page.
- Slide 5: the target list, the average of eight calls to reach a key decision-maker, up to five nurture calls a quarter and the 25-point scorecard are from Abstrakt's Outbound BDR presentation (approved 2026-10-08) and our process.
- Slides 5, 6 and 8: the screens are Abstrakt Intelligence demo screens. This demonstration showcases real Abstrakt Intelligence capabilities using fictional companies and contacts to protect client and prospect privacy. Abstrakt Intelligence as described on the Abstrakt Intelligence page; 14M+ U.S. commercial buildings mapped, 200+ intent triggers, 2.8B+ signals processed per quarter are approved company figures (src/data/company-facts.json, verified 2026-10-06), as defined on that page.
- Slide 7: the ENGAGE steps as published on the ENGAGE Sales Process page; Abstrakt's founders have more than 35 years of experience in sales scripting. The 5 Star Scorecard sections and points as published on the 5 Star Quality Process page.
- Slides 8 and 17: exclusivity applies to the outbound program: one client per trade per territory (approved company fact). It does not mean a local office; programs run from our St. Louis campus.
- Slide 14: the combination of these parts in one program is Abstrakt's positioning, approved by Abstrakt's owner (2026-10-14). It is not a comparison with any named company.
- Slides 9 and 12: what Inbound SDR includes and its month-by-month plan, as listed on Inbound SDR. We keep your Google Business Profile accurate through directory submissions and updates; we don't post to it, and we don't manage reviews.
- Slides 10 and 11: Once we run your website, we see which companies visit, who downloads a white paper or guide and who fills out a form, and your SDRs call them right away to try to book a meeting. No response times are promised. The day in the life is an illustration; times, titles and companies are examples, not a promise of timing or results. In "Watch Ava present", the examples follow the industry you choose.
- Slide 13: Every rep completes two weeks of extensive training before taking a call on the floor. Every rep is certified on a client, including AI role plays, before representing that client. A dedicated strategist works on your account every business day and uses AI to do the work, with access to subject matter experts in SEO, AI search, web design and development, writing and editing, social media, graphic design and project management when the work calls for it.
- Slide 15: the business development formula is your own math. The starting values (8 appointments a month, a 20% close rate and a $25,000 average deal) are the same example the appointment setting cost calculator starts with. They are an example, not a forecast or a promise of results.
- Slide 16: the outreach side's tools and data for one SDR ($500 a month) is the site model's assumption, the tools-and-data line of the in-house SDR model on Team and Technology, not a vendor quote; Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers and Gong are named as examples of what it pays for, without prices. The software and tools ($1,927 a month) are that line plus the inbound stack for one user. The people line ($9,851 a month) is the in-house SDR model below less its own tools line, so nothing is counted twice; doing it yourself is $11,778 a month.
- Slides 16 and 17: one in-house SDR is about $124,213 in year one, illustrative: Median pay for sales representatives of services, except advertising, insurance, financial services and travel (SOC 41-3091) in the middle of the 98 metros we cover ($63,090, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS), May 2025), plus $15,000 commission and bonus, 25% payroll taxes and benefits, $500 a month for tools and data, $5,000 recruiting and 4 hours a week of manager time at $75 an hour. The full model is on Team and Technology. The inbound software is each vendor's published list price for the plan shown, read October 11, 2026 and October 13, 2026, for one user ($1,708 with two); the plan list is under the math on the Inbound SDR page. The guarantee applies to the outreach half: Your activity or qualified-appointment number is guaranteed in writing. If we miss the number by the end of the year, we work for free until we hit it. Program expectations and commitments are defined in your agreement.
