The values on our walls, in our own words.
We printed five panels for the office: our TRUST values, the five A-Player competencies, the Growth Creed, our mission statement and our theme. They are the standards our leaders are held to and the characteristics we look for in the people we hire. Everything quoted on this page is word for word.
Five letters, one standard for everyone
Our values spell TRUST. On the wall each one is written as a promise the whole company makes. In the recruitment packet the same five letters become the standard for our leaders, under one line: Trust is earned when actions meet words.
Read them side by side and you can see what changes when you lead people: the promise stays the same, and you owe it to a team.
- T
Transparency
On our wallWe will follow the philosophy that clear is kind. We will build trust by encouraging everyone we work with to be open and honest in all things, even when it's difficult.
For our leadersOur Leaders openly and honestly share agendas, facts, and conditions with Employees so together we may celebrate success, tackle challenges, and ultimately foster strong communication.
- R

What an A-Player looks like here
These are the characteristics we look for in our team members. Weekly awards are handed out within each team. The wall states each competency as something you commit to; the packet describes what it looks like when someone already has it.
If you are interviewing with us, these are worth reading twice. None of them asks for sales experience. They ask how you handle a no, a change of plan and a goal you own, which is most of what an SDR's day is made of.
-
Attitude
The commitmentI will care deeply and approach every opportunity with optimism, knowing that my best work comes from stepping out of my comfort zone.
What we look forYou have a positive attitude personally and professionally. Your thought process is always centered around how it can be done and not why it can't.
-
Accountability
The commitmentI will accept responsibility for my personal and company goals and hold myself accountable to success.

Is what I'm doing causing growth?
Growth is the word that runs through everything we say about ourselves, and the creed is where it comes from. It is why we call ourselves a business growth company. This is the full text from the wall.
In life and thus within business, we strive to experience, to ignite, and to grow...
- Grow in our lives,
- Grow in our friendships and partnerships,
- Grow in our faith and intellect,
- Grow in our techniques and strategies,
- Grow in our processes and efficiencies,
- Grow in our creativity and ideas,
- Grow in our experiences and professionalism,
- And of course, grow within our customer's business and thus, our own.
GROWTH is at our core, and fuels what we do and how we do it. This is why we call ourselves a business GROWTH company.
So today and every day, ask yourself, “Is what I'm doing causing GROWTH?” and if it does not, stop and do something new.
ALWAYS BE GROWING.
Our people speak it in the Growth Creed videos.
One sentence that describes the job
We cause predictable growth for our exclusive partners by building robust sales pipelines that generate consistent, quality leads.
For a new SDR, that sentence is the work itself. The meetings you book are the pipeline, and the clients you represent count on it being there every week, not only in a good month. "Exclusive" matters too: we work with one client per trade in a territory, so the meetings you set go to that one business.
Be Kind. Grow. Grind.
Three words, and each one points back to something on the other panels. Be kind is the Transparency value: clear is kind, even when it is difficult. Grow is the creed. Grind is Ambition: striving to excel in everything you do, even through adversity.
It is a fair summary of the SDR seat, too. You are honest with the prospect and with yourself about your numbers, you get better every week and you keep dialing when the morning has been all no.
