1. Script adherence6 pts · one each

How the call was run.

  1. Introduction

Recorded-line notice, what you do, a nod to their time, and an open-ended question. All four, or it scores zero.

The first ten seconds are your brand. We grade them that way.

  2. Differentiator or case study

Something that sets you apart, or a customer they would recognize.

If the prospect can't say why you're different, they're showing up out of politeness.

  3. Recapped the reason to meet

Once the date and time are set, the caller replays the agenda. In person, they ask where to check in.

Cheap insurance against "remind me what this was about?"

  4. Feel, felt, found

When the prospect pushes back: I understand, others felt the same, here is what they found.

    NA: no objection

  5. Consideration question

Would they consider working with you down the road?

A no here means no meeting.

Required DQ: consideration question not asked

  6. Decision-making question

Who else is involved in a decision like this? Asked open, never "you're the decision-maker, right?"

A led question gets a yes that falls apart in the meeting.

Required DQ: decision-making question not asked

2. Appointment commitment5 pts · one each

How solid the meeting is.

  1. Scheduling preferences

Inside the days, times and windows you gave us.

    DQ: does not meet qualifications

  2. Within 5 business days

The caller goes for a date inside the next five business days.

    Interest has a shelf life.

  3. Asked to accept the invite

Asked while still on the phone. Scored on the ask, not the accept.

    NA: prospect rushed off

  4. Calendar invite sent

An invite went out for this meeting.

    NA: no calendar connected

  5. Preferred location

Your meeting type, in your order: in person, on site, phone or video.

    DQ: does not meet qualifications

  6. Meeting lengthNot scored

Never promise less time than you need. No stated length means 30 minutes minimum.

A "quick ten minutes" is a meeting your rep can't win.

    DQ: meeting too short

3. Qualifiers4 pts

Whether they fit what you sell, against criteria agreed in writing before the first dial.

  1. Lead qualified

Meets your qualifiers. Trips none of your disqualifiers.

    DQ: not qualified

  2. Confirmed contact info

Title and email, plus the address for an in-person meeting or the phone number for a phone meeting. All or nothing.

DQ: address or phone number not confirmed

  3. Required probing questions

Every probing question your program marks Required.

NA: none required DQ: further probing needed

  4. Qualifiers validated by phone

Confirmed by the prospect on the call: full point. Only verified online: half.

Lists go stale. The prospect doesn't.

    DQ: did not verify qualifier

  5. Contact recordAfter the call

The address or phone number on the contact matches the appointment note.

DQ: contact address or phone not updated

4. Decision-maker5 pts · pick one

Who said yes.

5. Need5 pts · pick one

Questions about the scorecard

Who grades the call?+

A quality reviewer on our team who did not make the call. They score the recording against the standards set with you at onboarding.

How is the star score worked out?+

Points earned divided by points possible, times five. If an item could not apply, like handling an objection the prospect never raised, it is marked NA and comes out of the total instead of counting against the caller.

What disqualifies a meeting?+

The prospect does not meet your qualifiers, the consideration or decision-making question was not asked, the meeting is outside your scheduling preferences or meeting type, it was promised shorter than you need, contact details were not confirmed, or there is no clear reason to meet. The reason is named on the scorecard.

What do I get with each meeting?+

A brief for whoever attends, the scorecard, the reviewer notes with the call transcript, and proof the invite went out.

How does this tie to the guarantee?+

The activity or qualified-appointment number is agreed in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it. The scorecard decides what counts as qualified.
