Team and technology

A whole team and a tech stack behind your program, for less than the cost of one hire

Hire one SDR and you get one person, plus the tools, data and management you still have to buy. An Abstrakt program gives you the BDRs, the managers, quality control, data, content and the platform they all work in, starting at $5,000 a month.

The math

One salary buys one person. Ours buys the department.

An in-house SDR costs about $124K in year one before they book a meeting, and that money buys one rep. An Abstrakt Outbound BDR program starts at $60,000 a year, about 48% of that, and comes with the team, the managers, the data and the technology already running.

From who to call to the closed deal: who does what, with which tools

Every Abstrakt program runs the same chain. Each link has people who own it, technology they use and a page that explains it in full.

The team

Team and technology, answered

What do I get for less than the cost of one full-time hire?+

A program, not a person. Your Outbound BDR program is run by a primary BDR and a BDR team, managed by an assistant sales manager and owned by a partner success manager, with quality control, data, content, recruiting and training behind them. It runs on Abstrakt Intelligence, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo and the rest of our stack, and reports into your Results Portal. Programs start at $5,000 a month, about $60,000 a year, against roughly $124K for one in-house SDR in year one.

How did you get the in-house SDR cost?+

Median pay for sales representatives of services in the middle of the 98 metros we cover ($63,090, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS), May 2025), plus $15,000 in commission and bonus, 25% for payroll taxes and benefits, $500 a month for tools and data, $5,000 to recruit and 4 hours a week of manager time at $75 an hour. Across those metros it runs from $102K to $191K. Price your own numbers in the SDR cost calculator.

Is the team dedicated to my program?+

Every program tier includes a dedicated team, led by a primary BDR on your account. Your partner success manager owns the account. Recruiting, training, quality control, data and content are support positions behind the team.

Do I have to buy or learn any software?+

No. Abstrakt Intelligence runs underneath your program. You do not license it, configure it or staff it. You see the output: reviewed meetings with a brief attached, and your program in the Results Portal.

Does it work with my CRM?+

Yes. We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics. If you do not run a CRM, the Results Portal's lead management covers it.

What happens when a rep leaves?+

We replace and retrain them, and the new rep is certified on your account before they dial. Your program keeps running and the number in your agreement does not change.

Where is the team?+

On our St. Louis campus. Abstrakt has 500+ U.S.-based team members, all roles, and no offshore call center.
