About Abstrakt

We build predictable sales pipeline for companies that sell to businesses.

Abstrakt is a technology-enabled outsourced sales development company. Our U.S.-based reps find the decision-makers in your market, start the conversation and book qualified meetings with your sales team, by phone, email, LinkedIn and direct mail. We have done it from St. Louis since 2009.

  • 1,500+clients
  • $1B+in client revenue generated

Who we are

A sales floor that works as part of your sales team

Each client gets a program run by people who learn the business, call under its name and hand qualified conversations to its closers. Lead generation, appointment setting and cold calling are the tools. A pipeline you can predict is the outcome.

Our clients are commercial trades contractors (roofing, HVAC, fire protection, cleaning, paving and more), growing B2B companies and enterprise sales organizations. The work is the same in each: find the account, reach the person who owns the decision, qualify the need and the timing, and book the meeting.

Abstrakt's founders have more than 35 years of experience in sales scripting, and every call we make still runs on the ENGAGE Sales Process they built from it.

Where we are

One campus in downtown St. Louis

Our team works out of a single campus on North 1st Street, within sight of the Gateway Arch. We do not keep sales offices in the markets we call into: when we call a facility manager in Dallas or a property manager in Philadelphia for a client, we do it as part of that client's team, from St. Louis.

The problems we solve

What gets in the way of a predictable pipeline, and what we do about it

There are three ways a business grows: referrals, inbound and outbound. Referrals close best but cannot be turned up. Inbound works when buyers come looking. Outbound is the one you can predict and control, if it is done well. These are the problems we hear most, each paired with the part of Abstrakt that answers it.

  1. Referrals carry the pipeline, and you cannot turn them up.

Referrals close well, but they arrive when they arrive. When a slow quarter shows up, there is no lever to pull.

How we solve it: Outbound BDR

A dedicated team calls your target accounts every working day, so new meetings do not depend on who happens to call you.

  2. Inbound is expensive and the rules keep changing.

Paid search costs more each year, and buyers now ask AI assistants as often as they search.

How we solve it: SEO and AIEO Search

Your website, local SEO and daily content built so you are found on Google and cited in AI answers.

  3. Hiring, training and keeping SDRs is a full-time job.

Outbound takes expertise, consistent daily activity and people who do not burn out. Most companies hire one rep and hope.

How we solve it: Our people

Every rep completes two weeks of training before taking a call on the floor, then is certified on your company, including AI role plays, before calling for you.

  4. The list is wrong, so good reps call the wrong buildings.

The best caller in the world cannot win working a bad list.

How we solve it: Abstrakt Intelligence

14M+ U.S. commercial buildings mapped, 200+ intent triggers and 2.8B+ signals processed per quarter, used to decide who we call and when.

  5. Meetings land on the calendar that were never real.

A meeting is not valuable just because it was booked. Unqualified meetings waste your closers' time.

How we solve it: 5 Star Quality Process

Every appointment is graded against a five-section scorecard before it reaches you, with the call recording and notes behind it.

  6. Your outsourced team also works for your competitor.

Everyone we call is probably talking to one of your competitors already. Representing five of them would mean competing against ourselves.

How we solve it: Market exclusivity

One client per trade per territory. Once a client commits, we do not run the same program for a direct competitor in that territory.

  7. Prospects have never heard of you, and reps have nothing to send.

Calls, emails and letters work better when the prospect already knows your name and has something to look at.

How we solve it: Sales Collateral

Sell sheets, case studies, decks, video and direct mail that reps send before and after the conversation.

How we solve them

Four programs, one set of people and one data platform

Each program can run on its own. Starting prices are monthly; your agreement sets the program expectations and commitments.

  • Outbound BDR

A full BDR team running phone, email, LinkedIn and direct mail for local or national selling.

    Starting at $5,000 per month

  • Enterprise SDR/BDR

A dedicated team for Fortune 1000 and large-enterprise revenue development.

Custom pricingDepends on your needs and the size of the dedicated team we build for you

  • SEO and AIEO Search

Inbound SDR: found on Google and cited in AI answers.

Packages starting at $1,000 per month

  • Sales Collateral

Video, sell sheets, case studies, decks and direct mail your reps can use.

Packages starting at $500 per month

All three together: Outbound BDR, Inbound SDR and Sales Collateral together, starting at $6,500 per month. Enterprise SDR/BDR is priced to the team we build for you.

Abstrakt Intelligence

Our account mapping, intent and analytics platform: 14M+ U.S. commercial buildings mapped, 200+ intent triggers and 2.8B+ signals processed per quarter. It decides who we call, when, and with what reason to call.

Our people

500+ U.S.-based team members, working out of a single St. Louis campus. Every rep completes two weeks of extensive training before taking a call on the floor, and every rep is certified on a client, including AI role plays, before representing that client.

One client per trade per territory

We will not run the same program for a direct competitor in your territory. You can check whether your trade and territory are still open before you talk to anyone.

How we work

Five stages, and a quality check on every meeting

Every program runs the same process, from the list to the long-term follow-up. Before a meeting reaches your calendar, a reviewer grades it on the 5 Star Quality Process scorecard, and you get the brief, the score and the recording.

See our process in full

  1. Market research and list building

Your target market, built from what has already converted in your industry.

  2. Omni-channel outreach

Phone, email, LinkedIn and direct mail, run as one cadence.

  3. Decision-maker identification

The person who owns the decision, confirmed by phone.

  4. Introduce and qualify

A live conversation that qualifies fit, authority and timing, then books the meeting.

  5. Long-term nurturing

Every "not now" stays warm until the buying window opens.

Sister companies

Abstrakt sells pipeline. Two separate companies do the rest.

This site covers Abstrakt's sales development programs only. Recruiting and Salesforce work belong to two separate companies with their own teams and websites.

  • My Trade Talent (opens in a new tab)

Recruiting for commercial-trades firms across the U.S. It builds a continuous pipeline of vetted trades professionals for a flat monthly fee.

  • Abstrakt Solutions (opens in a new tab)

A Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration and AI services firm. Its team implemented and scaled Salesforce across Abstrakt Marketing Group before advising clients.
