Cold call role play

You're the SDR. Can you get Dana to a meeting?

Pick an industry and how tough Dana is, then call her. She is a decision-maker played by a live AI, with the pushback a real one gives. You have three minutes to book the meeting, and your score card uses the same steps our reps are graded on.

AI role play. The prospect is an AI character; no real company or person.

How Dana answers

Your call brief

You are an SDR for Summit Roofing (a sample company). You are calling Dana, facilities director. Your goal: a meeting, with two times to pick from.

What you can offer: What we do differently is the inspection itself. Ours are manufacturer-certified and filed in the warranty portal, so it protects your existing coverage instead of putting it at risk. And the written condition report costs you nothing either way.

AI role play. The prospect is an AI character; no real company or person.

Your voice and anything you type go to Tavus and Daily to run the call, the same as our AI video guide. We do not record the call, and your score is worked out in your browser and not saved. Calls end after three minutes. Privacy

What you are scored on

  1. Introduction. Your name and company, that the line is recorded, a nod to their time, and an open question. The scorecard wants all four.
  2. Reason for the call. A specific reason tied to their building or their situation, not a pitch.
  3. Feel, felt, found. When Dana pushes back: I understand, others felt the same, here is what they found.
  4. Qualifying question. A question that confirms the fit in her own words: size, setup, what is in place today.
  5. Decision-making question. Who else is involved in a decision like this? Asked open, never "you're the decision-maker, right?"
  6. Consideration question. Would she consider working with you down the road? A no here means no meeting.
  7. Close with two times. Ask for the meeting with two specific times, not "when works for you?"
  8. Recap. Once she picks a time, replay the day, the time and what the meeting is for.

Talk out loud, or tick "Type my lines" if you would rather type or the microphone is not an option. Headphones help Dana hear you clearly.

Our reps pass this drill before they dial for you

Every Abstrakt rep is certified on a client, including AI role plays, before representing that client. An AI trainer plays your prospect and raises pushback the rep has not seen in advance. Passing means every scorecard criterion hit, every pushback handled and the meeting booked.

On the floor, every call is recorded and every booked meeting is graded on the 25-point 5 Star Scorecard by a reviewer who did not make the call.
