Remote Sales Development Representative

  • LocationRemote, Kansas City area only
  • Work arrangementRemote
  • TypeFull time, salaried
  • Posted pay$50,000 to $70,000 a year

The same SDR role and the same 10 business days of paid training, worked remotely by candidates based in the Kansas City area.

Why this role matters

It is the same job our St. Louis SDRs do: book qualified meetings for client businesses. The difference is where you sit. This posting is open only to people based in the Kansas City area.

What you'll do

  • Secure meetings and appointments with decision-makers for client growth
  • Manage a pipeline and move prospects through the sales cycle
  • Research target industries and the accounts in them
  • Find the right decision-maker and deliver the client's message

What success looks like

  • Qualified meetings booked for the clients you represent, against clear goals and metrics
  • A pipeline you keep moving without a sales floor around you to set the pace

What we look for

  • Based in the Kansas City area (this remote role is for KC applicants only)
  • Sales-minded, driven and results-oriented
  • Able to book meetings with decision-makers through B2B prospecting
  • Able to manage a pipeline and research target industries
  • Available for 10 business days of paid training

The posting does not separate required from preferred qualifications. If you are unsure whether you fit, apply and ask your recruiter.

Know before you apply

Remote does not make the work easier. You make the same outbound calls as the St. Louis floor without the rep at the next desk to learn from between calls, so self-discipline matters more in this seat than in any other.

Where you work: Fully remote for Kansas City area candidates.

Training and support

The same 10 business days of paid training as every SDR, then certification on each client, including AI role plays.

Where it can lead

The same defined career paths as the office role: sales, sales management and account management. Promotions are earned on performance and depend on open seats; no timeline is guaranteed. Explore the career paths or read stories from people who started here.
