How Abstrakt runs it

What your Portland appointment-setting program looks like

Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Portland commercial mechanical contractors.

  1. 01

    Build the Portland list

Abstrakt's records already hold 3,004 eligible HVAC targets in the Portland-Vancouver metro. Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from those records and the 2,393 larger HVAC-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Multnomah County and Washington County. That is about 2 times the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so the list is ranked Tier 1 first and worked in waves.

  2. 02

    Reach the person who signs

For HVAC, that starts with the plant engineer at manufacturing plants, then two or three contacts at each of the 856 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.

  3. 03

Call every month, with the right message

Your SDR calls all year. May–Jun, Sep–Oct is the push for bid meetings ahead of peak service (Nov–Apr, Jul–Aug); the other months lead with service problems, renewals and budgets, so the pipeline never stops filling.

  4. 04

    Book only qualified meetings

Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the equipment notes, the incumbent and the renewal month.

  5. 05

    See every dial

The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Portland program, around the clock.

Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.

Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run HVAC appointment setting for a direct competitor in Portland.

Flat monthly pricing. Foundation is $5,000 a month (best for $2M to $10M revenue), Growth $8,500 (best for $10M to $50M), Enterprise custom. See what each plan includes.

Proof. Mechanical Services & Systems signed an agreement worth over $570,000 after roughly two years of structured nurture. Results vary by program and are not typical of every engagement.

Territory

Where the buildings are across Portland-Vancouver

Multnomah County, Washington County and Clackamas County hold 80% of the larger HVAC-buying sites across the 6-county metro. The other 3 counties split the remaining 20%, which is where Tier 1 accounts justify the drive and smaller sites do not.
