How Abstrakt runs it

What your Portland appointment-setting program looks like

Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Portland commercial painting contractors.

  1. 01

    Build the Portland list

Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from the 4,329 larger painting-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Multnomah County and Washington County. That is about 2.9 times the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so the list is ranked Tier 1 first and worked in waves.

  2. 02

    Reach the person who signs

For painting, that starts with the facilities manager at retail stores, then two or three contacts at each of the 1,114 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.

  3. 03

Call every month, with the right message

Your SDR calls all year. Feb–Apr is the push for bid meetings ahead of the work season (May–Oct); the other months lead with service problems, renewals and budgets, so the pipeline never stops filling.

  4. 04

    Book only qualified meetings

Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the surface notes, the last repaint and the budget year.

  5. 05

    See every dial

The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Portland program, around the clock.

Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.

Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run painting appointment setting for a direct competitor in Portland.

Flat monthly pricing. Foundation is $5,000 a month (best for $2M to $10M revenue), Growth $8,500 (best for $10M to $50M), Enterprise custom. See what each plan includes.

$650 million

OHSU Vista Pavilion (OHSU Hospital Expansion Project)

Opened 2026

A 14-story, 530,000 sq ft inpatient tower on OHSU's Marquam Hill campus in Portland that added 128 beds for Knight Cancer Institute patients and opened April 7, 2026.

With cancer care moved into the new tower, OHSU plans to repurpose existing hospital space for cardiovascular, neurological and other specialty care, which points to interior renovation work in the older buildings. A new tower this size also needs healthcare-grade cleaning and mechanical service contracts.

Sitework summer to fall 2026, opening spring/summer 2028

A two-building development by Koz Development in downtown Hillsboro with 338 apartments for older adults and working families, ground-floor retail and an anchor grocery store.

Vertical construction runs from fall 2026 into 2028, so roofing, mechanical, electrical and fire sprinkler work follows the sitework. The grocery and retail spaces add commercial tenant finish work near the end.
