How Abstrakt runs it

What your Portland appointment-setting program looks like

Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Portland commercial roofing contractors.

  1. 01

    Build the Portland list

Abstrakt's records already hold 7,859 eligible roofing targets in the Portland-Vancouver metro. Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from those records and the 4,086 larger roofing-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Multnomah County and Washington County. That is about 5.2 times the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so the list is ranked Tier 1 first and worked in waves.

  2. 02

    Reach the person who signs

For roofing, that starts with the store or regional facilities manager at retail stores, then two or three contacts at each of the 972 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.

  3. 03

Call every month, with the right message

Your SDR calls all year. Feb–Apr is the push for bid meetings ahead of the work season (May–Oct); the other months lead with service problems, renewals and budgets, so the pipeline never stops filling.

  4. 04

    Book only qualified meetings

Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the roof type and age, the leak history and the budget cycle.

  5. 05

    See every dial

The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Portland program, around the clock.

Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.

Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run roofing appointment setting for a direct competitor in Portland.

Flat monthly pricing. Foundation is $5,000 a month (best for $2M to $10M revenue), Growth $8,500 (best for $10M to $50M), Enterprise custom. See what each plan includes.

Proof. Schena Roofing & Sheet Metal booked 167 qualified appointments in one year, closing roughly $200,000 with an additional $500,000 in open proposals. Results vary by program and are not typical of every engagement.

Jefferson High School rebuild

Under construction, opening fall 2029

Portland Public Schools broke ground May 29, 2026 on an all-electric, multi-story replacement for Jefferson High School on the north end of its 14-acre campus facing North Killingsworth Street in north Portland.

An all-electric school puts more of the budget into heat pump systems and electrical service, with structure and envelope work through 2027 and interiors through 2029. It is one of three high school rebuilds in the district's bond program, along with Cleveland and Ida B. Wells.

Sitework summer to fall 2026, opening spring/summer 2028

A two-building development by Koz Development in downtown Hillsboro with 338 apartments for older adults and working families, ground-floor retail and an anchor grocery store.

Vertical construction runs from fall 2026 into 2028, so roofing, mechanical, electrical and fire sprinkler work follows the sitework. The grocery and retail spaces add commercial tenant finish work near the end.

What the weather does to Portland-Vancouver roofs
