These are the 10 industries Abstrakt's SDRs call for construction work, with how many of each are in the Denver-Aurora metro and who to ask for. Compared with the U.S. as a whole, Denver-Aurora leans toward commercial property management firms (1.29x), commercial building owners and developers (1.25x) and colleges and universities (1.24x). Buildings per contractor: Denver and nearby markets
518 commercial and institutional building contractors are based in the Denver-Aurora metro. That is 10 fewer than a year ago. When a contractor closes or sells, its customers go looking for a new one. The trade is 17% less concentrated than the U.S. as a whole, so a consistent outbound program reaches owners and their project teams that are not tired of contractor calls. 3.9 larger construction-buying buildings per contractor puts Denver 62 of 100 markets, and 1 of 2 in Colorado. That sits mid-pack: real room to grow, but the best accounts are contested. Denver has more larger buildings per contractor than the nearest markets.

How Abstrakt runs it
What your Denver appointment-setting program looks like
Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Denver commercial general contractors.
01
Build the Denver list
Abstrakt's records already hold 9,352 eligible construction targets in the Denver-Aurora metro. Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from those records and the 2,014 larger construction-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Denver County and Arapahoe County. That is about 6.2 times the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so the list is ranked Tier 1 first and worked in waves.
02
Reach the person who signs
For construction, that starts with the plant manager at manufacturing companies, then two or three contacts at each of the 461 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.
03
Call every month, with the right message
Your SDR calls all year. With no strong weather season, capital plan and project start window sets the message, and your SDR learns it account by account on the first call.
04
Book only qualified meetings
Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the project scope, the owner's usual contractors, the delivery method and the start window.
05
See every dial
The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Denver program, around the clock.
Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.
