The garage opens first, then the tower targets 2029, so paving and electrical work comes early and mechanical, fire protection and interior finish scopes follow through 2028.

Under construction

A 35,000-seat stadium and a 150,000-square-foot football operations center on the University of South Florida's Tampa campus, scheduled to open September 4, 2027.

More than $210 million in contracts have already gone to Florida firms, and the final year before opening concentrates electrical, finish, paving and landscaping work, followed by event cleaning and grounds contracts.
