How Abstrakt runs it
What your Austin appointment-setting program looks like
Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Austin commercial cleaning companies.
01
Build the Austin list
Abstrakt's records already hold 1,300 eligible cleaning targets in the Austin-Round Rock metro. Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from those records and the 2,025 larger cleaning-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Travis County and Williamson County. That is close to the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so one program can cover the whole metro.
02
Reach the person who signs
For cleaning, that starts with the practice administrator at ambulatory health care: physician, dental, outpatient and urgent care, then two or three contacts at each of the 492 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.
03
Call every month, with the right message
Your SDR calls all year. With no strong weather season, contract end date and rebid window sets the message, and your SDR learns it account by account on the first call.
04
Book only qualified meetings
Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the scope notes, the incumbent and the contract end date.
05
See every dial
The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Austin program, around the clock.
Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.
Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run cleaning appointment setting for a direct competitor in Austin.

Austin Convention Center redevelopment
Under construction, reopening spring 2029
A rebuild of the downtown Austin Convention Center, demolished in 2025, that will nearly double its rentable space; a Travis County judge upheld the hotel-tax funding plan in June 2026.
With demolition finished and legal challenges cleared, the job moves through structure into large mechanical, electrical and fire protection packages, then flooring and paint across exhibit halls and meeting rooms before 2029. A venue this size also carries long-term cleaning contracts once open.
A six-story, 216,000 sq ft patient tower at Ascension Seton Williamson in Round Rock, Williamson County, that opened September 1, 2026 with 96 beds online and room for 160.
The tower opened with 64 beds of shell capacity still to be built out, which means future interior fit-out work for mechanical, electrical, flooring and paint crews. The added space also expands the hospital's cleaning and building service needs now.
A new building at Austin Community College's Hays Campus in Kyle, Hays County, for nursing, dental hygiene, sonography, surgical technology and radiological technology programs, funded by ACC's 2022 bond.
Simulation and clinical lab spaces need detailed mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination, then durable flooring and paint, and a building for 900 to 1,000 students adds a custodial contract once open.
