A transit-oriented development at the ABQ RIDE Uptown transit hub with two five-story buildings, 198 apartments, more than 18,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail, a parking garage and a public plaza.

Harrison Middle School rebuild

A 54,480 sq ft new wing with a cafeteria, kitchen, gym and band, orchestra, drama and art spaces at Harrison Middle School in Albuquerque's South Valley, the first phase of a full remodel of the 66-year-old campus.

The rest of the campus is slated for remodel in later phases as funding goes to future bond ballots, which means more new construction, roofing, gym and classroom flooring and interior painting packages at this school over the next several years.

Residence Inn and Highlands Central Market

A 126-room Residence Inn by Marriott and a food hall by Titan Development on Central Avenue across from Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, connected to the hospital by a skybridge.

With the roof on and drywall going up, the work is moving to hotel rooms and interior finishes: flooring, painting, fire sprinkler and electrical trim-out, then a post-construction clean before a hotel and food hall open.

An Albuquerque Public Schools project in the Village of Corrales (Sandoval County) turning Corrales Elementary into a nearly 121,000 sq ft K-8 campus with a new two-story classroom building, dining hall and sports hall plus renovation of existing buildings.
