Buildings per contractor: Nashville and nearby markets
69 highway, street and paving contractors are based in the Nashville-Davidson metro. That is 3 fewer than a year ago. When a contractor closes or sells, its customers go looking for a new one. The trade is at about the national concentration. 46.3 larger paving-buying buildings per contractor puts Nashville 36 of 95 markets, and 2 of 4 in Tennessee. That sits mid-pack: real room to grow, but the best accounts are contested. If you can serve Chattanooga and Huntsville, they have more larger buildings per contractor than Nashville.

How Abstrakt runs it
What your Nashville appointment-setting program looks like
Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Nashville commercial paving contractors.
01
Build the Nashville list
Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from the 3,192 larger paving-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Davidson County and Williamson County. That is about 2.1 times the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so the list is ranked Tier 1 first and worked in waves.
02
Reach the person who signs
For paving, that starts with the store or regional facilities manager at retail stores, then two or three contacts at each of the 693 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.
03
Call every month, with the right message
Your SDR calls all year. Jan–Mar is the push for bid meetings ahead of the work season (Apr–Oct); the other months lead with service problems, renewals and budgets, so the pipeline never stops filling.
04
Book only qualified meetings
Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the lot condition, the last sealcoat date and the budget timing.
05
See every dial
The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Nashville program, around the clock.
Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.
