How Abstrakt runs it

What your Greensboro appointment-setting program looks like

Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Greensboro commercial general contractors.

  1. 01

    Build the Greensboro list

Abstrakt's records already hold 4,411 eligible construction targets in the Greensboro-High Point metro. Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from those records and the 746 larger construction-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Guilford County and Randolph County. That is about 2.9 times the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so the list is ranked Tier 1 first and worked in waves.

  2. 02

    Reach the person who signs

For construction, that starts with the plant manager at manufacturing companies, then two or three contacts at each of the 290 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.

  3. 03

Call every month, with the right message

Your SDR calls all year. With no strong weather season, capital plan and project start window sets the message, and your SDR learns it account by account on the first call.

  4. 04

    Book only qualified meetings

Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the project scope, the owner's usual contractors, the delivery method and the start window.

  5. 05

    See every dial

The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Greensboro program, around the clock.

Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.

Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run construction appointment setting for a direct competitor in Greensboro.

Flat monthly pricing. Foundation is $5,000 a month (best for $2M to $10M revenue), Growth $8,500 (best for $10M to $50M), Enterprise custom. See what each plan includes.

Proof. A design-build general contractor in Texas and Oklahoma landed a $900,000 project by month three of its outbound program. Results vary by program and are not typical of every engagement.

Named, sourced projects in the metro, current as of 2026-09. Each one is a reason to call before the work is awarded.

$300 million

Piedmont Triad International Airport terminal modernization

Bond financing approved

Guilford County commissioners approved up to $300 million in airport revenue bonds on September 3, 2026 to renovate PTI's 1982 terminal and concourses, including the ticket lobby, TSA screening, baggage claim, concessions, windows and heating systems.

Renovating an operating terminal means phased mechanical replacement, electrical, flooring and painting work done around live operations, and the bond increase was driven by high bid prices, which points to bidding soon.

Over $51 million

Erwin Montessori Elementary School rebuild

Broke ground September 2026

Guilford County Schools is rebuilding Erwin Montessori Elementary, destroyed by a 2018 tornado, on the former Archer Elementary campus on Four Seasons Boulevard in Greensboro, opening August 2027.

A school due to open in under a year compresses roofing, mechanical, electrical and finish work into 2026 and 2027, and it is one of several bond-funded Guilford County school builds now in construction.
