The trade is at about the national concentration. The BLS count shows 9 nonresidential flooring contractors in the Tulsa metro, too few to rank fairly against other markets (we rank markets with 10 or more). Some firms doing this work are coded under other trades, so treat the 86.9 buildings per contractor as a sign of thin local coverage, not a precise ratio. If you can serve Wichita and Dallas, they have more larger buildings per contractor than Tulsa.

How Abstrakt runs it

What your Tulsa appointment-setting program looks like

Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Tulsa commercial flooring contractors.

  1. 01

    Build the Tulsa list

Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from the 782 larger flooring-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Tulsa County. That fits inside the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, leaving room to add Oklahoma City if your crews travel.

  2. 02

    Reach the person who signs

For flooring, that starts with the practice administrator at ambulatory health care: physician, dental, outpatient and urgent care, then two or three contacts at each of the 179 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.

  3. 03

Call every month, with the right message

Your SDR calls all year. With no strong weather season, renovation or tenant turnover timing sets the message, and your SDR learns it account by account on the first call.

  4. 04

    Book only qualified meetings

Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the floor types, the square footage and the renovation timing.

  5. 05

    See every dial

The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Tulsa program, around the clock.

Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.

Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run flooring appointment setting for a direct competitor in Tulsa.

Flat monthly pricing. Foundation is $5,000 a month (best for $2M to $10M revenue), Growth $8,500 (best for $10M to $50M), Enterprise custom. See what each plan includes.
