A 31,000-seat stadium on the 98-acre Halawa site, built by Aloha Halawa District Partners as the centerpiece of a district planned for 4,500 housing units over 20 to 30 years.

The stadium targets spring 2029, so electrical, mechanical, fire protection and paving packages run from late 2026 onward, and the operator also maintains the facility and surrounding spaces, which points to long-term cleaning and grounds work.
