8 nonresidential roofing contractors are based in the Manchester-Nashua metro. That is 1 fewer than a year ago. When a contractor closes or sells, its customers go looking for a new one. The trade is 21% more concentrated than the U.S. as a whole. Facility and property teams here already hear from commercial roofing contractors, and a specific reason to talk beats a generic pitch. The BLS count shows 8 nonresidential roofing contractors in the Manchester-Nashua metro, too few to rank fairly against other markets (we rank markets with 10 or more). Some firms doing this work are coded under other trades, so treat the 85.8 buildings per contractor as a sign of thin local coverage, not a precise ratio. If you can serve Boston, it has more larger buildings per contractor than Manchester.

How Abstrakt runs it

What your Manchester appointment-setting program looks like

Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Manchester commercial roofing contractors.

  1. 01

    Build the Manchester list

Abstrakt's records already hold 2,747 eligible roofing targets in the Manchester-Nashua metro. Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from those records and the 686 larger roofing-buying buildings in the metro. That is about 1.8 times the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so the list is ranked Tier 1 first and worked in waves.

  2. 02

    Reach the person who signs

For roofing, that starts with the store or regional facilities manager at retail stores, then two or three contacts at each of the 224 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.

  3. 03

Call every month, with the right message

Your SDR calls all year. Feb–Apr is the push for bid meetings ahead of the work season (May–Sep); the other months lead with service problems, renewals and budgets, so the pipeline never stops filling.

  4. 04

    Book only qualified meetings

Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the roof type and age, the leak history and the budget cycle.

  5. 05

    See every dial

The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Manchester program, around the clock.

Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.

Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run roofing appointment setting for a direct competitor in Manchester.

Flat monthly pricing. Foundation is $5,000 a month (best for $2M to $10M revenue), Growth $8,500 (best for $10M to $50M), Enterprise custom. See what each plan includes.

Proof. Schena Roofing & Sheet Metal booked 167 qualified appointments in one year, closing roughly $200,000 with an additional $500,000 in open proposals. Results vary by program and are not typical of every engagement.

What's being built

Manchester-Nashua projects that create roofing work

Named, sourced projects in the metro, current as of 2026-09. Each one is a reason to call before the work is awarded.

$43 million

Catholic Medical Center central energy plant

Under construction; broke ground February 2026

A new central energy plant at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, part of a $157 million capital commitment by HCA Healthcare.

A hospital energy plant is mostly boilers, chillers, switchgear and controls, so this is mechanical and electrical work through 2026 and 2027. A further $27 million infrastructure program, phased over five years, will upgrade many of the hospital's windows and roofs.

$306 million

Manchester School District Priority One middle school program

Under construction; McLaughlin Middle School completed 2026

Renovation and expansion of all four Manchester middle schools and a new Beech Street Elementary School, including a 40,000-square-foot, three-story addition at Southside Middle School.

With McLaughlin open and Southside topped out in April 2026, the remaining schools bring MEP, fire protection, flooring and painting packages over several years, plus new parking and site work. The new Beech Street Elementary School and the three-story Southside addition are new structures that each need a full roof system.

92,860 square feet of gaming space

Gate City Casino Hotel expansion at Sheraton Nashua

Approved August 2026; Phase 1 expected to finish in 2027, Phase 2 to begin in 2030

A two-story addition with Gate City Casino, four restaurants and a five-story parking garage built on the front parking lot of the 357-room Sheraton Nashua at 11 Tara Boulevard in south Nashua, owned by Delaware North.

Phase 1 alone is 65,900 square feet of gaming area and an 865-space garage, so roofing, sprinkler, electrical and garage deck work land in 2026 and 2027, with $5 million in Tara Boulevard road improvements and a second garage phase to follow.

73,240 sq ft

Revo Casino redevelopment

Site plan before the Manchester Planning Board, August 2026

A proposed 73,240-square-foot charitable gaming facility with 1,086 parking spaces on five combined lots at 1279 South Willow Street, John E. Devine Drive and Gold Street in Manchester, Ward 9, replacing the current Revo Casino.

The existing casino stays open until the new building gets occupancy and is then razed to finish the parking field, so the work runs as a new roof and mechanical systems first, then a large lot to pave, stripe and light.

Manchester high school boiler and roof capital work

Under review by the Board of School Committee

Replacement of failing heating systems at Manchester West and Central high schools, where three of West's five hot water boilers failed within six months and Central is down to one steam boiler, alongside design work and roof replacement at West.

District estimates put a Central steam boiler at about $1.6 million and a full digital controls conversion at about $4.9 million, against about $5.8 million available for capital projects, so boiler, controls and roof replacement work at West and Central is likely to be bid in phases.
