Buildings per contractor: Sacramento and nearby markets
18 nonresidential flooring contractors are based in the Sacramento-Roseville metro. The trade is 39% less concentrated than the U.S. as a whole, so a consistent outbound program reaches facility and property teams that are not tired of contractor calls. 108.6 larger flooring-buying buildings per contractor puts Sacramento 8 of 66 markets, and 8 of 11 in California. That is more room per contractor than most metros, so systematic prospecting tends to find accounts nobody is working. If you can serve San Francisco and Santa Rosa, they have more larger buildings per contractor than Sacramento.

How Abstrakt runs it
What your Sacramento appointment-setting program looks like
Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Sacramento commercial flooring contractors.
01
Build the Sacramento list
Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from the 1,955 larger flooring-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Sacramento County and Placer County. That is close to the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, so one program can cover the whole metro.
02
Reach the person who signs
For flooring, that starts with the community manager at apartment and multifamily management companies, then two or three contacts at each of the 342 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.
03
Call every month, with the right message
Your SDR calls all year. With no strong weather season, renovation or tenant turnover timing sets the message, and your SDR learns it account by account on the first call.
04
Book only qualified meetings
Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the floor types, the square footage and the renovation timing.
05
See every dial
The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Sacramento program, around the clock.
Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.
Exclusive. We run one program per trade per market, so we will not run flooring appointment setting for a direct competitor in Sacramento.
Flat monthly pricing. Foundation is $5,000 a month (best for $2M to $10M revenue), Growth $8,500 (best for $10M to $50M), Enterprise custom. See what each plan includes.
