How Harring Fire Protection Turned Outbound + Inbound Into $200K in New Business

Harring Fire Protection’s revenue rose and fell with new-construction activity and word-of-mouth. To scale into property management, they needed pipeline that didn’t depend on referral timing or building permits.

The situation

Fire protection work tied to new construction is feast-or-famine: when permits slow, so does revenue. Harring wanted to grow its property-management book and control its own top of funnel.

What we built

Two programs running simultaneously. An Outbound BDR program ran cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct mail against unified prospect lists. An Inbound SDR program launched a new website in February 2025 with an SEO engine behind it — starting from a domain authority of just 9.

The numbers

Over the 28-month partnership: 195 appointments, 16 closed deals, and $200,000 in new business — including a $59,000 hotel project, a $12,500 manufacturing win, and a $104,000 electric fire pump project that became an ongoing service relationship. The new site ranked for 444 keywords with 54,000 monthly impressions within 12 months, and produced inbound form submissions within weeks of launch.

Why it worked

Outbound created conversations Harring would never have gotten from referrals; inbound made them credible before the first handshake — two prospects reached out after finding Harring’s blog content before any outreach, and leadership now uses the website in sales presentations.
