Abstrakt "Free Month" Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This is a skill-based promotion; the winner is selected by the Sponsor's judges, not by chance. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
This promotion (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Abstrakt Marketing Group, LLC ("Abstrakt" or "Sponsor"), 701 N. 1st Street, St. Louis, MO 63102.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to for-profit businesses located in the United States that, at the time of entry: (a) operate in the commercial trades or provide B2B services; (b) report at least $5 million (USD) in annual revenue; and (c) enter through an individual who is at least 18 years old and authorized to enter on the company's behalf.
Not eligible: companies located in New York or Florida; current or former clients of Sponsor; and employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliates. Void in NY, FL, and wherever restricted or prohibited by law. Companies that do not meet the eligibility criteria may still submit the form to be contacted about Abstrakt's services, but are not eligible to win.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on June 28, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are not eligible to win. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, complete and submit the entry form at abstraktsales.com/free-month with complete and accurate information. Limit one (1) entry per company; duplicate entries from the same company will be consolidated to a single eligible entry. Entry is free. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted by ineligible companies will not be considered for the prize.
5. Winner Selection (Judged)
This is a skill-based Giveaway. On or about September 1, 2026, a panel of Sponsor representatives will review all eligible entries and select one (1) winner based on the following judging criteria: (a) fit between the company and Abstrakt's appointment-setting program [50%]; (b) the company's growth potential and readiness to work an outbound pipeline [30%]; and (c) the completeness and quality of the information provided in the entry [20%]. In the event of a tie, the tied entry that better satisfies criterion (a) will be selected. The judges' decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: program implementation plus one (1) month of Abstrakt appointment-setting service. The prize is provided as service only, it has no cash value, is not transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other consideration. Approximate retail value (ARV): $5,000 or more; actual value depends on the program configured for the winner. Because Abstrakt sells market exclusivity, the prize can be awarded only in a market that is open for a new Abstrakt partner at the time of selection. If the selected winner's market is unavailable, or if the selected winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as described, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Any taxes and any expenses not specified here are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified on or about September 1, 2026 using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. The selected winner must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt. If the selected winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's company name and general location to announce and describe the Giveaway result (for example, in a social media post or comment) without additional compensation. Sponsor will not use an individual's personal likeness without separate consent.
9. Data & Privacy
Information submitted at entry is collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you about the Giveaway and about Abstrakt's services. If you provided SMS consent, message and data rates may apply and you may reply STOP to opt out.
10. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes to be fraudulent, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
11. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
